I found KC Carpet here on Yelp. They had great reviews and I was happy they were a local business. I contacted them for a quote through Yelp and received a timely response requesting more information on the job. The price was more than reasonable for cleaning and deodorizing carpets for four rooms and a hallway so I made an appointment. They called the day before to confirm, and then again the day of to let me know how soon they'd arrive. The guys who came out were friendly, professional, and made my 4-year old carpets look like new again. Highly recommend!

My wife and I have an IKEA Friheten couch that we've pretty much kept clean for about 5 years but noticed that it was beginning to have an odor. I looked up upholstery cleaners and contacted a few but KC Carpet and Upholstery was by far the quickest in response time and professionalism. I emailed them and sent a picture of the couch, they sent me a quote which was the cheapest of all the other companies and all I needed to give them was my phone number and address to confirm the cleaning. We set up a date and they gave me a time window in which the techs would be around to do the cleaning. One day before the scheduled date, I was given a call to confirm the cleaning time. The day of, I was contacted by Kevin and notified that he'd be getting here. Kevin and Gavin were extremely informative and professional. Kevin walked me through their process, explained their products and provided reasonable expectations for the cleaning's outcomes. I asked how much our area rug would be to clean (because I hadn't even thought about them being able to clean the area rug) and he threw it in FOR FREE! They literally took no more than 20 minutes to beautifully clean both items. They left no mess and went off to their next stop. SO pleased with their service and will be using them from now on for all our carpet/upholstery cleaning needs!

I found out about this place via a mass Yelp quote request for carpet cleaners in the Philly area. They got back to me quickly with a reasonably priced quote for my non-stairs, 1 BR apartment ($105). I was surprised they came out as far as University City / West Philly, given they're located in the NE. They gave me a heads up call about an hour before they arrived and were done with the whole process in an hour. Kevin and Bob did a thorough job and were very professional. They were done in nearly 15 minutes! Pro tip: move as many belongings to your kitchen/bathroom if you're not quite done moving in or out, vacuum beforehand, and tape up any wires on the ground up to the walls. They didn't request it, but they did tell me afterwards it helped speed up the process. Easy payment options, and I got both a physical and electronic copy of the receipt. Keep in mind you will pay sales tax if you pay by card, but not cash or check.

Kevin and Gavin were the workers that cleaned my carpet in my old apartment. They did an excellent job! Very prompt at arriving on time. Efficiently cleaned the carpets. They are very mannered and friendly. The best part is their prices are low, but you still get a good job for paying a much lower price than other companies.

After going through the trials and tribulations of training a stubborn Shih Tzu puppy, our carpets were in need of a solid cleaning. Kevin and Steven came to the rescue and quickly made our carpets look and smell brand new. I originally chose this company for upholstery cleaning because 1) the overwhelming number of positive reviews on Yelp, 2) A+ with Angie's list, 3) cheapest estimate. I was not disappointed! Kevin and Gavin were great! So personable, completely explained what they were going to do to clean my couches. They went above and beyond when they also cleaned a few spots of my carpet in front of the couches. I will not hesitate to use them again to clean all of my carpets, and definitely my couches again!

They tried their best to clean the carpet. Some stains couldn't be removed. They did the job very fast so was it done thoroughly or not I will have to see down the road. However, Move our house cleaning by team of 2 ladies was very detailed & super. They took almost 4.5 hours in spite of our own team cleaned the clutter prior to their arrival. On the whole" Good Experience" I would recommend them to friends

Thanks to Kevin and Bob for a job well done. We have Berber carpet in our house and two toddlers, need I say more? The stains were too many to count and a mix of bubbles, juice, yogurt, you name it. Along with the occasional cat vomit stain. I was made aware that they might be able to come earlier than my appointment, and they arrived before the estimated earlier time and were done in less than an hour. I can't say enough positive things about KC Carpet, specifically, Joe who handled the scheduling, and Kevin and Gavin who came to clean our area rugs. They were courteous, transparent, efficient, helpful and friendly. I'm in the middle of renovation/moving hell with frustration/disappointment at every turn and these guys were the exact opposite. They should teach a course in customer service.

I was moving out of my college apartment and was required by my lease to have the carpets cleaned prior to move out. I live with 4 other girls and we have lived in the house for two years so the carpets had gotten pretty dirty. The morning if the appointment I got a call saying they would arrive between 9:15 and 9:45. Kevin and Steve arrived right at 9:15. Upon inspecting the five rooms that needed to be cleaned, we found out that two of the rooms couldn't be cleaned because two of my roommates had not prepared for the cleaning (left trash all over their rooms along with clothes and moving boxes). Kevin talked to me and darya and worked with us to figure out the best option that would work for all of us. They started cleaning the three rooms that could be cleaned while I called my two roommates who came back to the house and quickly cleaned their rooms up so all 5 rooms in the end were able to be cleaned. Afterwards all the carpets looked great and all the stains came up. Great experience and very appreciative that they were able to work with us and our situation.

Awesome service. Moved to the area and contacted via yelp to see if I could schedule an appointment for the day after I move in to clean and deodorize two sofas. I was able to set the appointment and received a courtesy reminder. The day of the appointment I received a call from Kevin letting me know they'd be here in about 15 minutes. They came and within 30 minutes they were finished. They were able to remove the smells left over by my pets, as well as stains.

Got a quick appointment, a good price, and courteous, effective service! (Had a polyester glider chair cleaned - my toddler had puked on it - and a microfiber sectional cleaned.) Would definitely use KC Cleaners again if I need someone. My one tip is to contact them via yelp -- I actually contacted 3 companies for the job, and one never got back to me, and the other two (including KC Cleaners), it was via yelp. Coincidentally, KC Cleaners also offered a better price than the company I didn't hear back from, and they seemed better equipped to service an apartment in Center City than the other company I did hear from, in terms of their equipment and how they would get it in.

Kevin and Gavin just came by from KC Carpet and Upholstery Cleaners to review a area rug and old chair. They were extremely friendly, honest, and diligent about their work. For certain things that wouldn't have made a difference, they were honest about. Ultimately saving us time and money. Definitely treated us like family. I just had Kevin and Steve out at my house to clean a few rooms of carpet and my tile and grout kitchen. I couldn't be happier with the results. I thought all carpet and floor cleaning was about the same. I always went with a large company like Stanley thinking I was getting a deal with their 2 room special (I never had them clean my tile because it was always an outrageous quote). It just shows I was completely wrong and I was paying for a garbage service. Kevin and Steve are local guys, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I requested an estimate via Yelp for carpet cleaning to a few different companies, and KC Carpet Cleaners responded within 15 minutes. We originally wanted our carpets cleaned asap and they had availability for the following day, but we ended up pushing back the date a week for other reasons (not on KC at all). We were given a window of 8am-12pm that the guys, Kevin and Steven, would show up and they called around 8:30 and said they would be there about 9:15. All very timely. They finished almost all of the carpeting in our house (about 1300 sqft) in roughly an hour. Our dog (who had cancer and was very sick a few months ago) did a number on our downstairs carpets and the stains and odors are gone. Kevin and Steven did a great job! They were early! It took less than 20 minutes to clean my sofa and they also cleaned by area rug (without me asking). I can't recommend this company enough! I've had my carpets and area rugs cleaned 2 times by Oscar's and tile once. They are responsive in communications, show up on-time, and work fast. The prices are fair and the quality looks excellent. The before and after contrast with the tile cleaning was impressive!(make sure they get all the hard-to-reach places though).

On Super Bowl Sunday, I clumsily spilled buffalo chicken dip all over our white ottoman (ugh!). I'm very satisfied with their first two visits and will continue using them. Prompt, very polite, and they seem very knowledgeable about what they do. Less expensive than the other two companies I've used before. Also, they don't drench my carpets the way other companies seemed to; after their morning visit, my carpets were almost completely dry by evening. Lastly, their products don't seem as harsh as other companies'; my house smells fresh when they're done (not laden in chemicals or fake scents/perfumes).

I contacted KC Carpet Cleaners to clean a recent vintage sofa acquisition and everything about the process was so easy and efficient - from getting a quote to booking the appointment - it really could not have been more seamless. Kevin and Steve, the technicians, called when they were 45 minutes out and arrived exactly when they said they would. They were both courteous, professional, and friendly. Overall it was affordable, the result was great, and I would 100% use them again and recommend them to other people. They were the highest rated in reviews, so I was super happy to receive a very competitive quote. They offered me several dates/times that fit my request and were able to come out quickly. They were very professional, got in and out quickly, all my furniture was cleaned exceptionally and smells super fresh. The dry time was exactly what they told me to expect. I told them not to worry about a couple stains in the basement because it's just a basement. However, they seem to abhor stains and worked diligently to remove them. I always, whenever there is an opportunity, lend support to the local business' in my area. One such business is KC Carpet and Upholstery Cleaners. I had my sectional couch cleaned and the result was now the appearance of showroom first day in the house look.

Was promised an arrival time between 7:30 and 8:00 and they did better and arrived at 7:20. Couch was cleaned perfectly.

Compare this company to that 'other cleaner' with the SS initials and they cant hold a candle to them. Won't hesitate to get carpets done when needed and for those who read this IMO you shouldn't either.

Had the team at KC Carpet and Upholstery Cleaners come over twice to clean the carpet, couch and our kitchen tiles. From start to finish, they were quick, professional and their prices were more than reasonable. We have used the KC team (Joe, Kevin, others) at least 6 times -- first at our NoLibs house and now in our Fishtown house. THEY ARE FANTASTIC! We recommend them to all who ask for a carpet cleaning service. They are true professionals, incredible friendly and fast, do a GREAT job at cleaning carpets, fabric dining chair seats, fabric sofas and lounge chairs, and most recently we even had them do mattresses. SUPER FRIENDLY WITH OUR KIDS TOO. We originally wanted a non-toxic carpet cleaning service since we have a dog and young children, and they were recommended by a neighbor. We have stuck with them for 8+ years because they do such a great job. Once when the KC guys were busy and we needed quick turnaround, we used a coupon for another service and it was awful: only one guy came, the chemicals left a smell and residue on the carpets, they only accepted cash, and he tracked dirty footprints in our foyer. They accept all forms of payment, provide a written receipt, give a quote on the phone before they arrive and stick to it without overcharging (unless of course you want to add more when they arrive), I always feel safe with them in the house, they give great advice on maintaining clean carpet and fabrics, and they are courteous. And they are a locally owned business, not a chain. What else could you want?

Had an exceptional experience with KC Carpet. After a sewage pipe disaster we needed our couch (which was exposed but thankfully remained dry!
Thoroughly cleaned. We called a bunch of upholstery cleaners in the area. The folks at KC we're very informative on the phone and provided us all the information we needed. We actually were able to schedule the appointment through the Yelp app which was SUPER easy. Even though we needed to reschedule, they always responded quickly and were very friendly. When they arrived, the men were very helpful and professional. Our couch turned out great. The prices were extremely reasonable and because of their guarantee I felt completely comfortable trusting them with our couch. Highly recommend these guys!!

We had all the carpeting in a recently purchased house cleaned by KC Carpet and Upholstery Cleaners, and I could not be happier!

They provided a quotation before they came out, called us before the appointed time to let us know they were on their way and got there on time. Steve and Bob worked quickly and efficiently - and expectation managed us (such as Forced Hot air soot stains that may not come out, heavy wool carpeting in some rooms that may smell for 24 hours while wet). They were friendly and courteous and did a superb job - these are the folks I will continue to use, and I highly recommend them.

Steve and Steve (yes that's right!) arrived at my house during the allotted appointment time and worked quickly and efficiently. They called beforehand to give me an ETA which was much appreciated. I purchased a new home in which the carpets needed some cleaning. I showed them some problem areas and they told me what areas they could clean with no problem and were upfront about some stains being harder to remove. I appreciated their honest professional opinion and I think they did a great job. My carpets look much better and smell fresh. They also dried relatively quickly. Great experience. My kitchen tile floor grout was a disaster. The contractors that installed it did not Seal it. These guys came in and did a great job. They missed 1 or 2 small spots but that's fine. Looks almost as good as when it was installed.

We used KC Carpet cleaners on two occasions this month. The first time they cleaned a large armchair, two rugs, and a mattress. The second time they steam cleaned the carpets upstairs. We worked with Steve, Kevin, and Bob. They were all very friendly, explained everything they were doing, and worked quickly! Our furniture and carpets looked and smelled wonderful. I chose them in particular because the cleaning they do is pet friendly without harsh chemicals. Would highly recommend!

The previous tenant in my old apartment did not take care of his cat and left litter all over the floors of the apartment before I moved in (this wasn't mentioned when I signed the lease). After a week of being there, I could tell the odor wasn't going away. It contaminated everything in my apartment that was fabric. I just moved to a new apartment and had KC cleaners come and clean 2 couches, a mattress and a box spring. The odor came out of everything. Steve & Steve were great! Very fast, easy service. I was referred to kc by my company that installed my carpets a few years back. The price was great and they came out promptly when they said they would. Kevin and Steve were kind and courteous and informitive. I told them "listen my basement carpets are 20 years old and the last company i had couldnt get up a stain that was bugging me". They said okay and would try. Well the stain is gone and my 20 year old carpet in basement looks brand new. My carpets upstairs looks amazing i am very satisfied. I highly recommend KC Carpet and Upholstery Cleaners! On the day of my appointment Kevin called and gave me an estimated time of arrival. They showed up right when he said they would. Kevin and Bob were professional and friendly. Kevin explained the process and the chemicals, and patiently answered all of my questions. They cleaned three area rugs, two stair runners, a sofa, and two arm chairs. Kevin and Bob were thorough and efficient. Kevin even gave me tips on cleaning spots. Everything that they cleaned looks great! If you need carpet or upholstery cleaned, use KC. Though I am sure that everyone who works there is great, you will be extra lucky if you get Kevin and Bob.

I Called KC carpet last week to have my carpets and sectional cleaned. I got a fast response and an appointment within a week. On the day of my appointment, Kevin and Steve called before hand to give me an approximate arrival time. They arrived early and were very friendly. They both took the time to explain the products they were using, what I should expect as a result, as well as drying times etc.

So I called the company and got a return call in a matter of minutes. I wanted to have my 6 cream Italian Dinning room chairs cleaned along with my cream love seat and sofa that's roughly 10-15 years old. Kevin asked me about my upholstery and then quoted me the most responsible price $150.00. I was able to schedule the appointment within the next two days. I expressed that I wouldn't be home but my mother would. Kevin told me he would call the morning of my appointment. Well he didn't disappoint. He called the morning of the appointment and asked if I had any questions or concerns since I would not be home. I explained I had sever allergies. He was able to explain the biodegradable and pet/child friendly materials used. I was also assured that the all the machines used would be cleaned prior to my service. Kevin told me that when I came home if it was any problems to call his personal number.. but they didn't have to. They arrived on time. I was able to watch from my home camera as Kevin came up my walk and picked up the circulars on his way to my front door. He Reexplained to my mother what the would be done and then completed the job in 30 minutes. Although, I still have some minor permanent stains (not bad for cream 10-15 year furniture) they did an awesome job at a great price. Did I mention they also did my 8 pillows? All for $150.00 cleaned, sanitized and deodorized. I'm very happy with the results and will be using them again in the near future.

I e-mailed 3 different businesses about quotes to clean my sectional sofa at around 11pm on a Friday. I have old sunroom furniture which had been in a basement for 3 years and was very dirty. I thought I would give cleaning a try before investing in new cushions in upholstery. Kevin and Steven not only did a great job cleaning my apartment but they also were incredibly professional and provided great service including calling ahead to provide a specific window for their arrival and providing a realistic estimate of whether they would be able to remove certain stains. This is definitely a well run family business. I have piece of mind now that when my son starts crawling that the carpets have been sanitized and cleaned with products are safe for him. I inquired about carpet cleaning yesterday. KC Carpet responded right away. The job an 8x10 area rug, 5x7 area rug, stairs and 2 runners. KC Carpet charged $150 plus tax. Kevin and Steven arrived at 7:30 am today. Friendly and knowledgeable about carpet cleaning. Got to work right away and was done in less than 30minutes. They gave me a bottle of enzyme solution for incidental accidents from my 3 dogs and husband (spills coffee).

Update: The pet pee odor returned once the carpets dried. I tried another company and they could not get the pee odor out.

I meant to review this company weeks ago but life got a hold of me. I heard of them through a friend & got them to come out to the house my husband & i just bought. I never had to get carpets cleaned because i never had any so i didn't really know how it goes. These guys were great, super friendly & personable. They give you all the details on the job they're doing, they showed up on time, & were done when they said they would be. My whole house smelled good after & the carpets looked great. Kevin and Steve really took care of me. Precisely on time, called ahead when they said they were going to, to confirm I was home, got 500+ sq feet of carpet cleaned in less time than expected, and their quote was the exact price I paid. They offer cash/credit card/check options, too, which is nice.

Additional note, but since their equipment is designed to not have to hook up to a water source, these guys are ideal for apartments and condos. Very happy with the final work, a professional, courteous and excellent job all the way through.

Highly recommend this company! Kevin and Steven called 30 minutes before my appointment to tell me they were on their way. When they arrived they were very professional and friendly. They cleaned a few area rugs, a sectional couch, stairs and a hallway and everything looks great. I have pets and they removed the animal smell too! My carpets have never looked or smelled better.

I contacted KC Carpet via Yelp and was given a quote in under an hour. I replied back and set up a date that worked for me about a week out. I was given a window of time to when to expect the team. I was called by Kevin the day of my scheduled cleaning and he confirmed the window and was there on time. When Kevin and Mark came into my house, they clearly explained what they were going to do, the cleaning solutions that were going to be used, as well as the expected outcome and care post-cleaning. I had my living room, dining, hallway steps, and hallway cleaned. Kevin and Mark moved every piece of living room furniture and the pieces in the dining room that I requested. The team was done in under an hour and to say the rugs look and smell incredible, would be putting it mildly. (I was also pretty proud that when the guys moved the furniture they did not find one kid or cat toy nor any Cheerios lol!) Exceptional job! Mark then explained post-care instructions, be careful of slick floors in transition areas, that the solutions used were pet, kid, and environmentally safe. From beginning to end, this was a great experience. Kudos to Kevin and Mark, I am a VERY satisfied customer!

I originally booked Stanley Steamer but canceled because their arrival window was 4 hours. That was unreasonable and inconsiderate in my opinion. I'm glad I canceled because KC carpet & upholstery was such a great experience plus I'm so glad I was able to support a local business. When I called KC carpet Joe answered his cell and was able to squeeze me in due to another last minute cancelation. Joe was super friendly and professional (I'm pretty sure he is the owner) and told me that Mark and Steve would be at my house between 1 & 2 the next day. Mark called about 30 minutes before their arrival time which turned out to be 1:30pm, awesome!

When Mark and Steve arrived they were super friendly and enthusiastic and were happy to trek up to the 3rd floor of the house to get to the carpets. They cleaned the carpets super fast, and did a great job! I added the hallway carpet last minute and they didn't charge me for it. They were very nice in their compliments of our newly purchased hosue and even provided recommendations for various things. We have since moved into the house and are super happy about our carpets and service that KC Carpet provided. I will definitely use them again and refer this company to others!

I had KC Carpet Cleaners clean the carpet in my apartment and I could not be any happier. We had three area rugs to get cleaned, including one really gross shag rug that we were considering throwing away, plus one sofa. Kevin and Steven called me about 30 minutes before they came over. They were extremely friendly (and they were really nice to my dog, which is a plus) and they arrived promptly. They cleaned everything in about 30 minutes and were honest about the results we could expect (for example, one of our rugs was so thin that a water stain might not come out - plus side, it is far less noticeable now). The solution they use smells really nice and didn't bother my dog afterward. The shag rug actually did look and smell a lot better when they were done.

I will definitely call them again when I need upholstery done. Probably going throw that old rug upstairs away next time, though.

As a first time customer, Kevin & Steven were VERY courteous and professional. On the morning of my appointment, they called to confirm the work that I was getting, and was able to arrive an hour early, which was great.

Upon arrival Kevin and Steven introduced themselves, explained the process that they will be doing. They quickly cleaned two bedrooms (master and back room), provided me with some of the remaining solution scraped off a sticker that was stuck on the floor proceeding the back bedroom as a courtesy and was out of here within 30 minutes.

I love their transparency regarding the condition of my carpets and their knowledge concerning follow-up treatment and scheduling for future cleanings!

I called a few places around, Stanley Steemer being one of them. I called this place and I will ONLY call them from now on for my carpets and couches. They are extremely nice to work with, worked with my schedule (I was running late from work), they explained everything, answered a lot of questions I had and was not there long at all. They also gave me a container of cleaner to use if I ever should need to freshen up my couch or carpets, free of charge. They were also A LOT more reasonable than anywhere else I called. Scheduled an upholstery and rug cleaning after reading these reviews. When I made the initial call, someone got back to me within the hour. The appointment was scheduled for 11am. They arrived around 9:30 am (no problem for me). Unfortunately I did not get the name of either person (yes, they told me their names but I have forgotten). The process was explained to me and they got started right away. Afterward, they gave me the quarter they found in the couch cushions (LOL!) and explained how long it would take before we could sit on the couches and walk on the rugs.
Friendly, professional, arrived earlier than expected. If you have pets, no problem - they love pets. I would definitely use them again.

KC carpet gave life back to my furniture.. The price was half of the price that was quoted to me by Stanley Steamer.. They were prompt, reasonable and professional.

I found KC Carpet and Upholstery Cleaners on yelp. We hired them to clean our large sectional sofa because many previous reviewers noted that they did a great job getting pet stains out of their furniture. Kevin did not disappoint. We have a cream colored sofa that has endured a lot of dog drool over the last year. My efforts to spot clean were not making much of an impact on the many water stains from our dog. Kevin got us on his schedule right away, and we were able to get an appointment first thing in the morning. He and his partner arrived on time (8 am), walked us through what they were going to do, and had the job finished in 30 minutes. The couch, which was looking pretty ragged, looks brand new. It cost about $115 (large, U shaped sectional), and was totally worth it, in my opinion. I would highly recommend KC Carpet, and would not hesitate to call them in the future.

This business should be a candidate for--if not winner of--Best of Philly Carpet Cleaners. The day of service, they call with an estimated time of arrival--and then show up at that time; they tell you exactly what they're going to do--and then do exactly what they said; and they tell you how long it's going to take--and then complete the work in that exact amount of time. They will probably clean something that was not part of the original agreement, free of charge. And their price will be reasonable beyond expectation.

I have used KC carpets after reading YELP, now three times. Our apartment made the decision to have white carpets in our dog friendly building. I know. We also have a white couch that was great pre-baby but again... Leave it to your imagination how great it looks now.

They even cleaned a tiny mat we keep by our back door for no charge! Also - it's really awesome that they include using a deodorizer in their pricing. We used Stanley Steamer last year and they wanted to charge us a good bit extra for that, so we didn't do it. We have a cat and let me tell you - I can already tell the difference in them using the deoderizer. Everything smells fresh and clean! We get our sofa cleaned ever 5-6 months or so. It's an investment ($90 a visit) but is completely worth it. As dog owners, the sofa gets dirty quickly, and is plagued by hard-to-remove water stains. Each time Joe comes to clean, the sofa looks as good as the day we purchased it!

These guys are top notch. I found them via a referral from multiple neighbors and their work and customer service did not disappoint. We live in a townhouse up a few flights of carpeted stairs. Our Bulldogs don't always make it outside in time and so we needed our stairs and hallways cleaned as well as three different couches. Moving cross country didn't do our furniture any favors. They did a great job, showed up on time and were very personable. They noticed my husband's model

What a great company with excellent customer service! I found this company online through yelp and messaged for a quote...which was of the most reasonable prices around! They came out quickly and were very professional and polite. They were very mindful of my dog who was completely interested in them and their machine. They made sure to warn me of the machine noises several times. The couches were very stained from my 140lb Bernese mountain dog laying on them, and the oils in his coat. I needed my couches sanitized and deodorized because my cat decided to have an accident and they did a thorough, deep cleaning job on both my love seat and couch. These guys are the real deal. I had Kevin and Steve come by my apartment in Manayunk to vacuum my microfiber furniture that had been in storage. They scheduled an appointment with only three days notice, and the day of the appt they called and asked if they could show up an hour early, and were done in a half hour for three large pieces of furniture and about 6 large pillows! They were super professional and polite, they educated me about the cleaning process and the benefits of the cleaning solutions they used (non-toxic, pet and child friendly, sterilizes and deodorizes). Their equipment setup was fast and efficient and they didn't leave any mess. Before I knew it, they were finished! They gave me a rundown about how to properly let the furniture dry, and some tips about keeping it clean. I definitely recommend these guys. If I ever need cleanings done again they are at the top of the list!

Kevin and Joe were awesome! They came and cleaned my orange wool couch that had seen better days with my corgi. Our home was in chaos from moving and they worked around that so professionally. They were super quick and extremely nice. I wish I found out about them prior to my move because I would definitively use them on a regular basis. If you have pets, definitely call them for your furniture! You'll make it part of your spring cleaning routine!

First off, I have to say that these are some of the friendliest people I have ever done business with. They are very good at what they do. Kevin was efficient, honest and very accommodating. I have THREE cats and a dog who all loved to shed and barf all over my favorite microfiber love seat. I swear, I had a new piece of furniture once he finished the job! He explained everything he was going to do before he started and he was able to stick to the time frame stated. I WILL be using this company for all of my future cleanings! Just relocated to the Philadelphia area and our sofa got some stains during the moving process. I had treated them with lemon juice based on looking up rust stains online & made the stains even worse. Was really impressed by how well the sofa & love seat came out from the cleaning. Had a stain that still dried a bit weird & when I called, they fit me into the schedule the next day to come & re-treat. It's very nice to find a company that strives for 100% customer satisfaction. Will definitely use again when it's time to clean our carpets & will recommend to friends.

Excellent! Kevin and Bill stopped by today for a carpet steam cleaning. The guys called earlier in the morning to confirm the appointment and also called when they were 15 minutes away from the house. When they arrived (on time) both Kevin and Bill were very professional and very clear in their explanations of the cleaning process. They were able to give a fairly accurate approximation of the time it would take to get the job done (30 minutes for 3 rooms and 20 steps ~400sq feet). The carpet cleaned was brown and moderately soiled with a few stains by the doorway. The guys were able to get up these stains and clean all the steps of a narrow winding staircase without issue. They also were able to move furniture aside (including a bed) to make sure the carpet underneath was cleaned. Considering that the last carpet cleaning company I hired no called/no showed for two appointments AND told me that they would not move any furniture, or clean under beds, the experience I had with this company came as a welcomed relief. Highly recommended!

I had just gotten my couch cleaned this morning by this company. Amazing. I've had my couch for almost 8 years and with two dogs. It literally looks brand new. Very very happy!

Kevin did a great job with the carpet! He called half an hour before the scheduled time informing me that he was on his way. He arrived on time, was very polite, moved things around and did an excellent job. Highly recommended!

Kevin was awesome! He arrived a little early, which was a pleasant surprise and big relief as it was a weekday morning and I had to get to work right after our appointment. We had a couch and chair cleaned and he did a great job- they look wonderful and smell great! Not to mention, he was very personable and professional and the price can't be beat. KC Carpet was very professional. We originally hired them to do carpet cleaning and tile cleaning in our kitchen. They started the tile cleaning and determined that it needs to be regrouted to look new again. They didn't charge us for any time and labor attending to the tile. The carpets looked great after they were done. We have light carpets that easily show dirt, so the results were noticeable. Their service is reasonably priced, too. They are based in Philadelphia but were willing to travel a ways out to the suburbs to clean for us.

I've been meaning to give these guys a review for awhile now. I've used their services on three separate occasions for upholstery and carpet cleaning. Let me just say that they are a pleasure to do business with. They are fast, efficient and always on time! The can usually get you in that week if not the very next day and their pricing can't be beat! I would highly recommend and plan on using them again when the time comes!

I love these guys. I've always been kind off hesitant about getting my sofas cleaned, but these guys are so reasonably priced, I threw in 6 chairs for cleaning too! They arrived early and got the work done quickly. My living room and dining room smelled fresh and the furniture looked and felt great. There were some stains that couldn't be removed, like oils, but they got out 99% of other gunk.

I called KC to clean two area rugs and a couch on relatively short notice. They were able to squeeze me in just a few days later and actually wound up arriving early due to a canceled appointment. Kevin was very communicative throughout the whole process and was friendly, professional and thorough. I'd highly recommend KC!

I used this company when I arrived in Philadelphia from Chicago to a very dirty house that I was renting.  They sent over two guys, I was able to make an appointment with very little notice.  They were professional, courteous, and even moved a dresser for me that the previous tenant left inside the house!  After they cleaned the rooms and the carpeted stairs the house looked great and smelled so fresh and clean.  
I will definitely be using them again.

I had a couch that looked dingy, dirty, and paint-stained (thanks, landlord). After graciously squeezing me in last minute on a Saturday and getting caught in some terrible (read: typical) Philly traffic, the guys made it out. Kevin was sooo pleasant! He explained to me what he was doing along the way and even stopped to see if I had any questions and to let me know he would be wrapping up soon. The paint stains were pretty stuck unfortunately, but I'll take a clean and clean-smelling couch with a few paint stains any day! I'll definitely call them again in the future!

Kevin and company did a great job for a reasonable price.  They were here on time, they got in and out in less than an hour, and they got rid of some red wine stains on the sofa that I didn't think there was a chance they could get out.

We had our bedroom carpet cleaned along with an area rug in the living room. They arrived early but gave me a heads up. They were very friendly and did a great job! Didn't take very long. Will definitely use them again.

Both of the owners came to my house to do the work instead of sending someone who didn't know what they were doing. They were great with my pets, neat and did a thorough job, plus gave some great discounts. Would recommend to any family member or friend.
